metallb - daemonset - master nodes only

Thanks for MetalLB!

I have MetalLB setup on vultr using BGP and it is running great. Therefore my question is only from a point of curiosity.

I notice that MetalLB is run as a daemonset, on all nodes, including master and worker.

Why are they run on the Worker nodes? Would it not be sufficient to just run on the Master nodes?
