Issue with metallb installation using manifest

Hi there,
The following error appears when applying the manifest :
Unable to connect to the server: dial tcp 151.101.120.133:443: connectex: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

Hi there,
Sounds like the machine you're working from cannot reach your cluster for some reason. This isn't related to MetalLB anyway.
