Metallb loadbalancer

hello,

am working with metallb on HA cluster on production so i configured it to provide the loadbalancer services with ExternalIP, the issue is that that IP is only accessible from the cluster when i try to access from outside the cluster it's not working can someone help me?

metallb controller logs are allright no error 

and the speaker too;
