Metalink support added to bork browser (Firefox/Floorp based)

bork browser (based on Floorp/Firefox) added Metalink support last month.

It would be nice to get this supported upstream into Floorp and maybe some other Firefox based browsers like Zen. 

We could get a lot of testing, and with native support in a browser it makes the features much more accessible than needing to also install a separate download manager or extension.

Would someone be able to do a pull request for Floorp adding Metalink support from the bork code?
