should we apply to GSOC this year? there are only a few days left. we
would need a backup administrator (I can handle all the real work),
mentors, & good ideas for projects.

our ideas list is pretty sparse. anything improving one of the many
Metalink enabled applications would fit, but I don't have many good
concrete proposals. do any of you have ideas?

Sorry for not doing metalink related work recently. Unfortunately, I don't have new idea lately too. I looked for some opportunities for Metalink in SPDY/HTTP2 stuff, but nothing so far.

thank you for looking!

well, metalink is such an umbrella project that things like, for
instance, webui-aria2 don't seem directly related to metalink itself
so much but help out a bunch. I don't see a problem with being
liberal, surely Appupdater, MirrorBrain, etc could use some bug fixing
or a new feature or things that make them more accessible?
