GRDDLing Metalink

Danny Ayers has been continuing the Metalink in RDF work that Dan
Brickley started, and working on GRDDLing Metalink: "There isn't
actually all that much to do before it's kind-of alpha release ready"

A by product of this is that the site is now XHTML Transitional.
