Introducing: apt-metalink

apt-metalink is a new app by Tatsuhiro Tsujikawa, author of aria2,
that allows you to download deb packages from several sources
concurrently and makes the upgrade process faster if you have a fast
Internet connection.

If you're on an OS that uses apt (Debian, Ubuntu, etc), then please
give it a try.

Internet Draft: FTP Extensions for Cryptographic Hashes

An updated Internet Draft describing a new FTP command for requesting
the cryptographic hash of a file is available.

This is a mature version, but we're still looking for review and
public comments.
