[BUG] Reset the time limit to the correct number

Dear organizers,

We are team Meta_Learners. Currently our time limit on all the 5 datasets is still not correct : (

We make 3 submissions each dataset today and should only take less than 4 hours of the time resource, but the website says we have taken 8 hours... On Dataset5, we even only have just a bit more than 1 hour.

Could you reset the time limit to the correct number for us? We currently cannot make any further submissions.
