mariadb-image repository archiving (Adam Rozman)

Hi Metal3 community!

As the deprecation notice in the README of https://github.com/metal3-io/mariadb-image states, there is a plan to archive the repository after the 1.11 CAPM3 support ends release. CAPM3 1.13 release has been already finalized (branch cut, release notes merged); 1.13 will be published this week thus the v1.11 support officially also ends this week.

I plan to archive https://github.com/metal3-io/mariadb-image on the 1^st of June, let me know if there is anyone against the current archival plan for mariadb-image.
