Notice of removal from BMO: ironic-inspector and ironic before 2024.1

Hi folks,

This is to notify you that the next version of BMO will no longer support ironic-inspector as the inspection backend. It also won't support any Ironic versions from OpenStack before 2024.1. Use BMO 0.11 if you need these.

The documentation will be updated once BMO is released.
