⚠️ Removing v1alpha4 API from CAPM3

Hi,

This is an update on the removal of v1alpha4 types from the Cluster API Provider Metal3 repo. The API versions we will be supporting from now on are

v1alpha5 & v1beta1.

We are going to have a lazy consensus of 2 weeks before we move ahead with the changes. But if you think that you will be affected by this change, please let me

know so that we extend lazy consensus if needed. We want to make sure that we don't break people's deployments still using v1alpha4 API from the main

branch.
