Voting for Metal3 Team Meetup dates

Greetings Metal3 community!

The planning for this year's second Metal3 Team Meetup has been started.

I have created the initial voting page on Doodle where you can vote for suitable time slots, I will pick 2 slots that have received the most votes.

Timeline is flexible if we feel after the first meeting that there is the need to use the second slot or even more then we can adapt.

The timeline plan:

It has been proposed in the past to facilitate the MTM at 9 AM UTC or around that time as based on the current information that would reach the largest group of stakeholders.

So far, the idea for the time frame is the second part of November from 17 to 28 (only working days). Aiming for max 2 hours per day, so most likely it will be a multiple day event depending on the progress we achieve.

Please let me know via slack, mail or on the next Community Meeting if you find any issue with the current plan. The voting lasts  until the community meeting on 12th of November.
Nothing is written in stone, details are up for discussion. In case the community decides that the currently proposed 2 week time frame is not suitable then I will send out a new mail with the necessary information.

This time I have not prepared an agenda, feel free to propose new topics or re-use previously discussed topics. The topics will be organized into priority order on the latest community meeting before the Metal3 Team Meetup.
