Metal3 2025 November Team Meetup Date Announcement!

Hi Metal3.io community.

On the 2025.11.12 Community Meeting, as planned, I closed the voting for selecting the date for this year's last MTM.

The event will take place on 2025 November 20 (Thursday) from 9AM to 11AM UTC.

The goal of this meeting is to discuss/plan future technical and governance activities -- for example development of new features, unblocking stuck subprojects/features, providing/removing support for components, setting up / modifying release or governance

processes and anything else that could fit into forward looking technical/governance category. Please don't ask for PR/Issue reviews unless they are stuck for at least a month and would require community level discussion to get them unstuck. 

This time, I have not prepared an agenda, feel free to propose new topics or re-use previously discussed topics.

To be able to edit the document, you have to be subscribed to the mailing list and logged into a google account with the same e-mail that you have used to subscribed to the mailing list.

Joining the mailing list is open to everyone, also if you need help with permissions, links etc please contact any maintainer or me via e-mail or slack.

The meeting is open to everyone, whether you are new or experienced member of the Metal3.io community. Feel free to propose or upvote (with typing +1 and your name on a topic) topics.

Topics will be organized to a prioritized list based on the upvotes just before the meeting starts.

The meeting will be held via Zoom, same as the Community Meeting, but joining the MTM requires the following link separate from the Community Meeting link:

Anyone can join via this link, same as the Community Meeting, the meeting tool will open the meeting 10 min before we start. Please note that the meeting will be recorded and uploaded to the project's YouTube channel.

The  2025 November 19^th Community Meeting will be cancelled as I don't see a reason to have so many meetings during a single week.

I will send "personalized" meeting invites to only those who have voted on the poll or ask me for an invite mail directly as I don't want to disturb everyone on the mailing list.

I hope many of you will join and propose topics to discuss.
