CAPM3 releases v1.7.2 and v1.6.3 are out

Hi again folks,

Together with v1.8.1, CAPM3 releases v1.6.3 and v1.7.2 are also out!

v1.6.3 release is the last of the 1.6.x line, and we now maintain v1.7 and v1.8 branches going forward.

Note that v1.8.0 is out too, but we immediately went to v1.8.1, due to an emergency CAPI uplift.
