RCC Wall: Sustainable Construction

In today's context of construction, sustainability is the word, and an RCC wall meets green building very well. While providing reinforced concrete, the requirement for frequent repairs and replacements is significantly reduced and leads to waste during its lifetime. Additionally, it reflects good calorific insulation properties; therefore, the energy used to heat or cool may be less as compared to the traditional types of walls. As a matter of fact, all cement, steel, and the aggregates adopted by RCC walls are readily available in the country and are hence an eco-friendly option. The recycling of concrete and steel further minimizes the resultant negative impact on the environment, and RCC walls turn out to be an efficient future construction possibility .
