Installing MetaDraw .NET Winforms 2

Hello,

when I try to install MetaDraw .Net Winfoems 2 in Win 7 pro SP1 64 bits, I have an error. You will see more information in the joined file.

This is an unusual looking error.   Try sending details to the formal
