Publishing VB.NET program issues

I have included the MetaDraw 3.1 program in my VB.NET 2008 program. I am trying to publish it but when I try to install on a users machine, it just crashes. Anyone have any success using the MetaDraw 3.1 and VB.Net.

Metadraw 3 is the OCX for VB6 isn't it? Metadraw 2 (DLL) works fine published with .NET 2008.
