版权变成NYT的了，本来是DBPEDIA\FREEBASE的，有个家伙说：Yes, I was surprised that the NYT
didn't make each skos:Concept part of a skos:ConceptScheme with
skos:inScheme, and then hang the licensing information off of the
ConceptScheme. It's an easily fixed problem, in multiple ways.
怎么弄这个容易的办法呢？
