Dear all,

I am new to yocto and I am looking to have a debian system on iMX7.

Currently my hardware uses a yocto project 2.0.1 (jethro).

Can someone enlighten me about if it will be possible have a workaround
for the yocto distro dependency and the iMX7 MACHINE which is not in the
list provided.

Thank you in advance,

Hello,

Regarding original YP, i.MX7 machine for jethro (or later)
seems to be already supported in freescale BSP.
https://github.com/Freescale/meta-fsl-arm/tree/jethro/conf/machine

In meta-debian, currently no support for i.MX7 because no hardware.
To make it available, the BSP needs to be ported to meta-debian.
