WOW Present Weather

Anyone who clicks on the Present Weather layer on the WOW map might get a slightly skewed view of what the weather is actually doing at any given site.  The processing of the data which results in the Present Weather symbol being displayed is rather strange.  For example, a site may report a present weather coding of 01 meaning ' clouds generally dissolving '. This prompts a SUNNY symbol on the map, even when the site has also reported that there is 7/8 total cloud cover. The reverse can also occur, with a coding of 03 and small amounts of cloud producing a THICK CLOUD symbol.  Happily with any real weather such as rain or snow, the symbols on the map make more sense.
