Upload from WeatherSnoop 3

I have a new Davis VantageVue station and am trying to use Weathersnoop3 to upload data to WoW via my MacBook Pro . While all other aspects of Weathersnoop are working fine the sharing does not.
It produces an error message Error Domain=kQHTTPOperationErrorDomainCode=403 "The operation could not be com....." That is all I can see. Presumably it means ......could not be completed"
Any ideas anyone?
