Hope the project is coming along nicely. I have a couple of observations on the present weather symbols which appear on the WOW map. These are mostly provided by the Official sites and I have noticed that these sites oscillate between using the longer code, from 01 to 99, and the shorter 100 to 119 (or thereabouts) code. This has the unfortunate effect of changing the symbols quite dramatically although the weather itself has not changed. For example, a 03 coding (cloud increasing) prompts the map software to produce a black cloud symbol. However, when the site changes to using the alternative code of 101 (some clouds in sky) the symbol changes to sunshine and white cloud. Maybe the software writers could have a look at these anomalies.
