Hi there BoM-WoW,
Thanks for great site, I am needing some help in understanding BoM-WoW requirements regards to Soil Moisture Data.
The station is powered by a Davis Vantage Pro 2 (Plus) 6163AU wireless weather station.
The station includes a 24 Hour Fan Aspirated
Radiation Shield, Solar and UV Sensors as well as Soil Moisture and Soil Temperature
Sensors set at 10mm and 40mm.
This sites Data is collected using Cumulus (1.9.4-b1095) Software.
My WoW Station ID is ; http://bom-wow.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/view?siteID=40976642

As I use Cumulus to upload data, Steve Sandysoft Cumulus creator has not included upload of Soil Moisture to WoW as he believes WoW only accept Soil Moisture in a percentage format (eg, 11%) where as Davis Pro 2 records Soil Moisture in (cb) centibars format.
The soil moisture is read in centibars and is scaled opposite of typical moisture readings. E.g. Lower reading = wetter soil.
Could you please confirm the required format, (%) or (cb).
Steve is willing to rescript Cumulus providing the format is correct (and if % will more likely not occure due to complexity of variable soil types by users.
I have noted on all other BoM-WoW sites in Australia that are uploading Soil Moisture, that they are all confirmed as being (cb) and not converted to (%) however they are displayed as (%)Moisture.
These are not using Cumulus to upload;

Obviously my site is not above as currently not uploading Soil Moisture until question resolved.
I and many others also upload to WU (who display Soil Moisture same as BoM-WoW as a (%).
So I and others put a manually entered Status on our site as follows.
Status: The soil moisture is read in centibars by Davis Pro 2 and is scaled the opposite of typical moisture readings. E.g. Lower % = wetter soil.

Hoping you can answer my question,
Kind regards
