Snow depth! Odd issue...

Hi
When I click "view observation" for my site it displays a reading of 0.0cm for snow depth which is obviously true given the current weather; however I don't report snow depth and the "not captured" option is set for snow depth so it shouldn't show at all.
This issue has only just started this week.
