WiFi logger for Davis stations

We're testing a WOW upload feature for the new third-party WiFi logger (WFL) compatible with Davis VP2 and Vue stations. To be clear, the WOW upload is a built-in feature of the logger - it does not require any external computer or software. The test station is 5691150 at Littleport.

All seems to be working nominally and WOW upload is available in the latest WFL firmware (v1.17 currently).
