As discussed with company, here are the details about vacancy in Dreamwares:

Dreamwares, which specializes in Salesforce/Force.com development, is starting a new line of business - Salesforce training and consulting. Salesforce/Force.com is the leading cloud computing platform, which gave birth to Software as a Service (SaaS) & Platform as a Service (PaaS). 

We are looking to engage few talented individuals, who are good in english and communication, and train them as Salesforce trainers cum consultants. Initially you will provide online training to employees of our clients on how to use Salesforce.com. Later you can also be given role of Business Analyst / Consultant.

Since you need to deal with international clients, communication skills and fluency in English are most important. Any knowledge / experience of Salesforce is not required. You need to be flexible with timing since your shifts will vary based on client location. Hence mostly boys will be preferred.

Package offered will mostly be between Rs. 8000 - Rs. 12000 per month. For exceptional ones, more can be offered.
