This is similar to my last post for Gothic Horror Allegiances. Here I
made the Rat people intermediaries for the factions. I figure that
since they are underworlders with a technological society they'll have
information of use for all of their network of connections.
I've left the White-wolf-esque Werewolf description in place. Unlike
the Lon Chaney "wolfman" stories, these are were-wolf factions;
there's bound to be a society of them with a social order and long-
term goals. So why not bind their needs equal to the needs of their
hunting grounds?
The vampires I think should be a bit more feudalistic and feral. I
don't think they'd tend to have large societies and would rather keep
their immediate nest small and controllable.
