-Senior Marketing Specialist (m/f) 

- The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for the analysis, development, project management and successful implementation of demand generation, pipeline building and sales acceleration marketing activities. These activities include working with various internal stakeholder teams to define, recommend and implement plan strategies, namely Sales area. She/he manages project expectations and recommends most appropriate vendor support based on defined program goals. 

Requirements: 

• University degree, preferably in management, marketing, etc.... MBA is an asset. 
• Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, communication and meeting facilitation skills 
• Portuguese as mother tongue and fluent in English and Spanish. 
• Minimum 4-7 years of related experience in several industries as Telco, IT, Retail, etc… 
• Project Leadership (medium to large scaled projects) 
• Supporting Organizational change 
• Guiding and mentoring peers and/or junior level colleagues
