Error in message_ix model path

Hi Guys,

I had message_ix running properly on my machine. I just pulled the latest updates and installed mesage_ix again. The tests fail in installation, and an error message raises during the loading of message_ix, saying: 'message_ix.default_paths' has no attribute 'model_path'. Is this something related to mesafe_ix config that has been recently added, or am I missing something else?

Seems like this was fixed by reinstalling (in person!)

Thanks Matt! Yes, it was solved. I couldn't solve it by re-installation by clicking on install.bat. It was solved by manual re-installation (i.e., through command line).
