Hello sir,
PFA the salary details for mess employees which is currently being followed. It contains the date of birth and date of joining as well.
Please note, the net salary of 23 lakhs per month is not the final figure. A sum of 35% of the monthly salary is added to the final figure every month; to take into account the months of June, July, and half of December and May that the students are not on campus (for their salary during these months). After this, the revised monthly salary comes out close to 28-29 lakhs.
Any clarifications, please let me know.
