Greetings! from ISS.

 

Please find attached the proposal for managing the catering operations at BITS. We have prepared this proposal based on the inputs provided by the SMC members.

 

The highlights of the proposal:

 

1.       ISS will manage the entire cafeteria operations.

2.       ISS will manage the procurement and the bills will be submitted to BITS for processing.

3.       ISS will absorb the entire 200 mess workers on ISS rolls.

4.       ISS will manage the site using the best practices, food hygiene, cleaning & standardization.

5.       ISS will maintain & submit daily reports on the consumption and sales to BITS.
