Procurement cost conundrum

It seems like the monthly procurement cost that ISS displayed in their presentation was done after taking inputs from Rohit. These figures in the mail match with what they quoted. 

This is quite confusing; I'm sure our calculations weren't that far off the mark, and I also fail to understand why Rohit couldn't have told us this beforehand. If he was the one who gave them the 66 lakh figure in the first place, we don't have any grounds to argue with them.
