ISS- Stand to take

Hello guys, 

I have to call the ISS correspondent today with regards to discussion on the structure of model to be followed and price specifics. Before I take a stand during the talk, I thought we'd take a stand in the committee as to what we want things to be. I've attached their proposal here, open it in Word. 

Do get back asap, the fellow leaves for international waters tomorrow.
