On specific feedback from our HR, although SMC employees will resign from SMC and join start fresh employment with Sodexo, we will have to provide for gratuity for all staff joining in from day 1. Therefore the revised CTC structure is enclosed, herewith.
Before we go into commercial:
a. We would like to understand if this fitment and structure is OK for all stakeholders which is crucial for any commitment
b. Secondly, we have not budgeted for any increment for August, 2012 – after going through SMC charter it is clear that there is provision. We would like to discuss and understand.
The crux is manpower cost and which is likely to increase further and will have to be accounted for. Once we firm up manpower cost then we could go into commercials.
