Absolute path to source dir error.

Hello,

 ERROR: Tried to form an absolute path to a source dir. You should not do that but use relative paths instead.

What is the reason this is not allowed?

I am linking with a library that I get its path as an Option. so I need to add its library path and include dirs dynamically. 

is there a way to resolve this?

Did you try declare_dependency?
