How slave info is added into the zookeeper

I know master info is added to zookeeper from the Contender class. But I can't find the from the code where and when slave info such as IP address is added into the zookeeper node.

Can somebody explain a little bit that how it works from the code point of view? Or slave info is not even stored in the zookeeper?
