[ 보안메일 열람 안내 ]

 

 

삼성 보안메일은 PDF문서로 암호화됩니다.

 

본문과 첨부문서를 조회하려면 Adobe Reader를 사용해야 합니다.

 

1. 보안메일을 조회하려면 아래 정보로 본인 인증을 해야 합니다.

- 마이싱글 사용자 : 아이디(자동입력) / 비밀번호

- 미사용자 : 본인 e-mail 주소(자동입력) / *사전 등록 비밀번호

  *사전 등록 비밀번호 : 별도 수신한 '삼성 보안메일 조회를 위한 안내(Guide for Samsung security mail)' 참조

 

2. 보안메일 조회 시 다음 프로그램이 반드시 설치되어 있어야 합니다.

 1) Adobe Reader v10.1.1 이상 설치 및 업데이트

- 버전확인 방법 : Adobe Reader> 도움말> Adobe Reader 정보

- 설치파일 (다운로드) - AdbeRdr10112_mui_Std 폴더 내 Setup.exe 실행

※ 다운로드가 되지 않는 사용자의 경우 [Support > 다운로드 > 설치프로그램]에서 다운로드하여 설치하면 됩니다.

- v11.0.8 / v11.0.9 버전일 경우, 오류 수정 업데이트(바로가기)

 2) 화면 캡쳐 방지 프로그램

- 자동 설치 되지 않을 경우에만 수동으로 설치 (다운로드)

※ 보안문서(PDF)를 열람하는 동안 화면 캡쳐 방지 프로그램이 동작하며, 화면캡쳐를 제한하는 기능만을 포함합니다.

Security e-mail of Samsung will be encrypted in the PDF document.

 

You must use the Adobe Reader to view body of the e-mail and attachements.

 

1. To view the security e-mail, you must authenticate yourself with the following information.

- mySingle user : ID (Automatic input)/ Password

- mySingle non- user: e-mail address(Automatic input)/ pre- registered password

  *Pre-registered password : please refer to the previously sent e-mail, Guide for Samsung security e-mail.

 

2. To view the security e-mail, you must install the files below.

 1) Install and update for Adobe Reader v10.1.1 or higher

- How to check the version: Adobe Reader > help> Adobe reader info

- Installation file(Download) - execute Setup.exe file of AdbeRdr10112_mui_Std folder

※ In the case of the users that cannot download , then download it from [Support > Download > Installation program] and install.

- If it is v11.0.8 / v11.0.9 , update of error correction (Shortcut)

 2) Screen Capture prevention program

- Recommend to install manually if it is not automatically installed (Download)

※ While browsing the security document, screen capture prevention program operate and it contains only screen capture function.(There is no other function included)
