mesir dependencies upgraded

Hey all,
I upgraded the versions of some of the dependencies that mesir is using. Changes are,
richfaces jars to 3.3.0.GA
joda-time to 1.6
slf4j-api to 1.5.6
logback jars to 0.9.14
and I also added oracle stuff to get mesir working with Oracle DB. oracle thin client jar is deployed to
mesir maven-repo which is at code.google also.
all is @ svn.
