Thanks for sending this to the group.
I tried to take a look at the item links.
The only link that I could get to work is the first item labeled as Replacement Box.
The rest of them, look like they have a hyper link but when I hover over them the do not appear to have a URL embedded in the text.

Here is the BOM (file attachment in PDF format) for a Meshtastic Filter Add-on, including upsized box, additional coax adapters, and the filter itself.  This is intended to be a conversion for an "Austin type" build.
 
Let's proceed with this conversion on one of our existing "Austin type" builds.
 
Trust you can order these parts.  If not, advise and I will order.

Gregg,

Yes, the filter has female SMA connectors on it, so we need adapters to plumb it into the path to the antenna.  Filter should eliminate any interference outside of the 4 Mhz bandwidth that potentially can desense the Meshtastic receiver at high elevation sites or sites adjacent to public safety 800 Mhz, etc.
