RAK 4631 Wisblock Firmware update & Apple ios Mesh app configuration

I have spent most of the day pouring over vids and websites tring to figure out how to install firmware from a windows laptop , configure the firmware , and then use it on an Apple phone and configure that Apple app for it . Does anyone have a step by step procedure for that process for a RAK 4631 ? Some of the vids get close but are outdated and I am really at a loss . I am just trying to install the firmware , but cannot see the node (it's still powered up by my windows laptop ) on any of my android phones . I do not have a Apple phone but this node will be used by one .
