to Meshtastic Tulsa Network

Updates to the Meshtastic Community and Winlink community in Tulsa that were communicated on the last Meshtastic Net:

1) 61st and Sheridan node will be replaced with a hardier node and is on schedule to be remounted at the top of the tower.

2) West Tulsa is gaining additional Meshtastic coverage with the addition of nodes on every water tower in Sand Springs.

3) Full time bulletin board system node has been installed at City Hall. It is called OTC BBS. Send a private message to it on Meshtastic to use.

4) A Meshtastic node will be installed on a 400 ft tower that is between Tulsa and Lake Eucha.

5) Winlink node on 145.03 will be mounted beginning on City Hall (test mode) with eventual installation on BOK tower. Should have excellent coverage for all the Winlinkers.
