Firmware Version preference

Just wondering if there is a preferred stable firmware  version we are suppose to be using on the TulsaMesh channel ? There is numerous options for previous stable versions . Can those be used , going back down a revision or two  , if you don't like the latest one ?

You can use previous versions. But unless you are having issues don't upgrade or downgrade.
