Please find below the MOM of Exe. Committee Meeting held on 13/09/2013 at 4.30 Pm, Farwaniyah

Shanu Basheer, President welcomed the team. MESCE Alumni,Kuwait's activities were discussed. He congratulated MESCEians on the enthusiasm shown by its members and the coordination during any activity,especially in sports, which had been conducted since Feb 2013, every friday, without any break.
 
Exe. Committee discussed on Major points and decisions taken, as below:

1. MESCE Alumni Kuwait financial year will be considered from Sept to August every year.
2. Association will be celebrating Onam and upcoming Eid by arranging a grand family gettogether.
3. Above programme shall be arranged on  Oct 25/Nov 1, 2013 and shall be conducted at any unique location, including a day's activities for family and kids.
4. Villa/Chalet charges, Food and transportation will be arranged, without any burden on the members.
5. Members can bring their guests on cost sharing basis.
6. Sponsorship for associations activities, shall be concentrated by the members.
7. Annual Membership fees for each year to be collected by end of Sept.
8. Membership fees to be collected based on passout batch and following members were entrusted to collect the same and handover to Treasurer;                1998  - Suhail, 1999 - Jezeen, 2000 - Raof, 2001-Moosa/Razal, 2002- Najumudheen , 2003- Basheer , 2004- Fazil, 2005 - Shabeer Ali , 2006 - Shabeer P. Y, 2007- Aneesh/Sanal, , 2008 -Ramees, Mishal, 2009 -Mohammed Sajid, 2010- Shafeeq, 2011-Ajnas
   
9. Annual Fees to be collected for the financial year 2013-14 is KD 20 and if both husband and wife studied at MESCE, KD 25 to be collected.
10. Association shall be registered with KEF at the earliest.
    
11. Exe. Meeting shall be conducted atleast once in Two months.
12. Placement Cell shall be formed to support available MESCE members in Kuwait and also any MESCEians willing to come to Kuwait.
13. Social network groups/email groups shall be used to update with any job openings/useful data for its members support.
14. Association will be available to support any of its members in any required matter.
15. All members are requested to be active on the Association's social network/group emails.
    
16. Year End Programme/Annual General Body Meeting to be planned for April, 2014. Location shall be finalised in the subsequent meetings.
