MEMBERSHIP UPDATING

Dear Friends,

Hope all are back after summer vacations and believe all had great time back home.

Now it's time to kick off our alumni activities in full swing. Recently held EC meeting decided to conduct our Annual General Body Meeting by mid November( Exact date will be announced shortly). An evening with fun filled events for us and our families with participation of our kids and all you guys will be required for the grand success. Our Arts Convener ( Rameez Salih) will lead the cultural activity coordination shortly.Once again this is our event and look forward for all of your's participation and cooperation.

The membership updating and fees collection will be soon done by your batch coordinators and Oct 15 has been decided as the cut off date.

Further an appeal for financial assistance came from our college for our junior Ms Sreelaya doing her 5th semester who have been diagnosed with leukemia. As it is our responsibility to help our young sister , along with other Alumni's of our college we are also contributing our share.So please give any amount possible for this cause when your batch coordinators contacts you for the fee collection.  Mr Zalahudin ( 94-98 batch) is leading this collection and we will handover this amount as soon as possible towards her treatment.

And to our cricket enthusiasts out there , we started our new season and will be playing on all Friday mornings at Bayan Grounds and will be playing matches against other Engineering college Alumni teams and clubs. So all interested members and husband's of our lady members can come and be the part of the team.

Dear All

Full support and totally agree with Jezeen. We need to pull up our socks and kick off our activities. We need to make sure there is participation from every batch. Hope Ramees will take care of it. 

Appreciate if everyone can contact your batch co ordinators to hand over the membership fees as well as the contribution towards the fund raising for Sreelaya. Please send a mail in case if anyone is not able to reach their batch co ordinators.

lets keep the momentum going.
