We have decided to get the final coordination by batch wise to get the confirmation of attendance and head count.

So for those who could not attend yesterdays meeting please find below the names who will do each batch coordination:

12) Basheer - for batches from 2009 - 2012

These batchcoordinators can seek help of area coordinators to contact any of your batch mates in person in their area for membership fees collection. Please sent us the final count  by end of Tuesday 12th Feb to confirm the food  caterers. We welcome any number of guests if you have someone to bring to our auspicious event. For which we have to pay a KD 3 per head and children below 5 is free.

Area Coordinators can continue the membership fee collection with who those they have already spoken to.
