Hi,

Please confirm the time and venue for the meeting for this week. It is better to have a general meeting than executive committee meeting. During meeting we need to have an update on
1. The number of members we have contacted
2. Way to contact others and assigning persons who know them personally
3. To get a picture on the total participants for the inauguration and to finalize order with the restaurant
4. Inauguration programme schedule.    
Any other points can be added.

Also request everyone to actively participate in ever aspect to make the inauguration function a memorable event.

Its a general meeting and whoever available can join. But please note that its mandatory for all the EC members to be present for this meeting as this will be our final meeting before the inauguration.
