Mesa Triathlon Date a Place Set

It’s settled! The First Annual Mesa Triathlon race will take place Saturday, April 9, 2011 at the Kino Aquatics Center. We have our work cut out for us. Here are some things you can do to help:

1. Share your ideas about exposure for potential sponsors (think T-Shirts, banners, road signs, etc.)
2. Suggest a business that may be interested in sponsoring the race.
3. share your ideas about a name or a tag line for the event (like M.E.S.A - Mesa Encourages Staying Active)
4. Spread the word to others who might be interested in helping to organize or participate in the race

The title of the event needs to clearly indicate that the event is a sprint triathlon.....Mesa Sprint Triathlon.....clear and simple.  If someone is using google to find the event, a simple title will make it easier.  The website/flier can elaborate on the event purpose, sponsors, etc.
