The website http://mesasprinttriathlon.com/ is up so please have a look as time allows. The bottom menu only needs a few tweaks and will be completed in a day or two, it will have the sponsor page, volunteer page, blog page and contact us page…so more to come. We do have a wish list of additional items that will be added as time goes by but I thought it best to launch it as is so we can, so there it is…

Lily, I spoke with Mike about this today. He is going to try to come up with a basic flyer soon. Becky Brown mentioned this evening that she may have a contact who can get us a quick and easy flyer based on the information on our web site as well. My printing contact is ready to go. We can print in batches as needed. How many flyers will you need for the Tour de Mesa?

Our printer can get us 1000 half page flyers on glossy full color card stock. We’ll need to include the print shop as one of our sponsors on that flyer (I’ll see if I can get their logo). We may be able to impose on them for 1500, but anything beyond that we’ll probably just get a steep discount on.

That sounds great…will Mike and his team over there design the flyer? If we can have them printed up and delivered 1 week before the event, I think it would give them enough time to stuff them into the goodie bags. Can we agree upon deadline of March 25 (Friday)?
