Article: 'CNN: Blitzer Cries Wolf'

Dear Friend,

        “Demand the truth," a CNN house ad exhorts us. 

        CNN gives considerable time and attention to promoting truth and honesty. An anchor, Anderson Cooper, often says, “Keeping them honest.” But it’s not clear who’s being kept honest, how that person or persons can be kept honest, and how Cooper can discern whether they are honest. 

        So I was particularly interested in CNN’s coverage of a story that struck me as careless with the truth. Made me want to look into it. So I've looked into it.
