Dear Friend,

Every writer needs an editor. That's a truism. But some network news programs treat it as a falsism: they don't provide
full-time, qualified copy editors. If the networks did so, I'd need to do a lot less writing.

To make the point, I rounded up a batch of network mistakes, then wrote an article, "Righting Wrongs in Network News Scripts."
